At the core of a true Christian church is the gospel truth from God’s word. We gather each Sunday because we know that the word preached will always accomplish what the Holy Spirit wills and we come expectant of the presence of God where two or more are gathered in His name. By God’s grace, this truth changes every aspect of our lives starting in each individual heart and impacting our relationships with one another. We call it a church family because our bond extends far beyond sitting next to one another each Sunday. We are a community that seeks to serve one another with a Christ-like love, and we meet in many more contexts than just the worship service to foster those relationships and to help one another grow in their relationship with the living triune God.
